Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth seating process. Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Handle reservations and manage seating arrangements using POS systems such as Micros POS
Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette and assist with reservation inquiries
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service
Assist in maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects excellent hospitality standards
Support guest needs throughout their visit,



including providing information about the menu or restaurant policies

Qualifications
Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality preferred
Solid communication skills and friendly demeanor
Knowledge of food service operations and POS systems like Micros POS is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Qualified phone etiquette and clear communication abilities
Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous but not required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
