Go Smooth Transport is looking for an Accounting & Billing Administrator to join our team.

The position combines billing, payroll support, accounts receivable/payable support, and daily administrative responsibilities.

Salary: $50,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day
Start Time: Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
Work Location: In Person – 5 Days per Week

What You'll Be Doing
Transfer driver hours into payroll on a daily basis
Prepare and submit customer invoices through customer portals
Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are collected from drivers each day
Review, organize, and file POD documentation daily
Follow up on missing documentation required for customer invoicing
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation




Assist with general accounting and administrative duties
Complete other tasks as required

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent – minimum requirement
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Positive computer skills and ability to learn recent systems
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Must be available to work in the office 5 days per week

No previous accounting experience required.
No previous transportation or logistics experience required.
