Job Qualifications
Bubble tea experience is an asset, but full training will be provided.
Cooking experience or willingness to cook is required.
Must be able to work evening shifts, including shifts ending as late as 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
Must be available to work weekends (Friday to Sunday preferred).
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
High standard of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
Familiarity with the bubble tea industry is an asset.
Fast learner with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities
Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately.




Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service.
Prepare bubble tea and other beverages according to company recipes and customer requests.
Assist with basic cooking and food preparation.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Clean, organize, and restock the work area throughout each shift.
Maintain overall store cleanliness and complete daily cleaning tasks.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Assist with inventory restocking and lifting supplies (up to 30 lbs).
Support the team in all aspects of daily store operations.
