On behalf of our airline industry client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Program Support for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Business Analyst - Program Support - Job Description:
The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the Program Manager to establish and operationalize essential governance, planning, intake, reporting, and value realization capabilities for our client's Data & AI Governance Program. The role focuses on setting up operating mechanisms to manage this strategic enterprise program effectively.

Business Analyst - Program Support - Responsibilities:
Support annual and multi-year planning
Assist in investment governance and intake processes
Develop business cases and track perks
Prepare executive reports and presentations
Design and document processes
Track advantages realization and KPIs
Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams

Business Analyst - Program Support - Mandatory Skills:
Enterprise program or portfolio management support experience




Business case and investment planning experience
Executive reporting and presentation development
Stakeholder management across business and technology teams
Experience with Data, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology programs
Governance framework development
Solid written communication and executive presentation skills

Business Analyst - Program Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Change management exposure
Experience supporting large cross-functional enterprise initiatives
Demonstrated ability to create structure where processes are still being defined
Portfolio management office (PMO/PgMO) experience
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis exposure

This is a 6 month contract position.
