Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing guest inquiries
Handle food safely by following sanitation and food safety protocols
Manage cashier responsibilities, including processing payments and upselling menu items
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Assist in stocking supplies and organizing work areas to ensure smooth operations during shifts
Support team members with various tasks as needed to uphold restaurant standards
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities
Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
