Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients’ homes, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will help us deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to achieve high standards of cleanliness
Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
Demonstrate excellent time management to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
Experience
Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a quick-paced environment
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
