Kildare Renovations is seeking a Residential Painter & Plasterer with a minimum of 5 years of painting and plastering experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, repairing, plastering, and painting interior and exterior residential surfaces while delivering high-quality finishes and following company safety procedures.

Duties:
Prepare surfaces for plastering and painting by cleaning, washing, scraping, sanding, repairing, and masking as required.
Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections using plaster, putty, caulking, or other appropriate materials.
Mix and apply plaster to achieve smooth or textured finishes.
Perform drywall repairs and finishing as required.
Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, or other appropriate tools.
Paint a variety of surfaces, including drywall, wood, metal, and concrete.
Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths and masking materials.
Determine and estimate materials required for assigned projects.
Complete work within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.




Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work effectively with team members on residential renovation projects.

Skills:
Minimum 5 years of residential painting and plastering experience.
Experience preparing, repairing, and finishing interior and exterior residential surfaces.
Solid knowledge of residential painting methods, materials, and surface preparation.
Ability to safely and efficiently use painting and plastering tools and equipment.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's licence.
Positive work references required.
Must pass a background check.
English required.
