Job Summary
Aroi Thai is a contemporary Thai restaurant focused on refined dishes, thoughtful cocktails, and warm, attentive hospitality. Our bar program is designed to complement the kitchen, featuring Thai-inspired cocktails, curated wines, and sake. We’re looking for a skilled Bartender who values consistency, solid technique, and genuine guest experience.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Manage inventory of bar supplies and order as necessary.
Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Requirements




Proven bartending experience with strong mixology skills
Knowledge of Asian ingredients and wine/sake pairing is a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
