Responsibilities for Security Supervisor
Lead a team of in office 20 security guards
Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
Prepare and review incident, accident,



and investigation reports
Liase with law enforcement, emergency services, and management when required
Identify security risks and recommend corrective actions
Serve as the main point of contanct for security-related concerns
Monitor attendace, overtime, and staffing levels
Manage security equipment inventory and maintenance

Qualifications for Security Supervisor
Be authorized to work in Canada
Previous supervisory experience is required
WSIB approved first aid certification
Hold a valid Ontario security license
Previous leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive observation and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task through different priorities
Knowledge of security systems and procedures
