We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Appliance Service Technician plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective appliance repairs.
Duties
Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
Repair and replace faulty components in appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers
Perform routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures and provide maintenance tips
Test repaired appliances to ensure proper functioning before returning them to customers
Maintain accurate service records and document repair details for each job
Adhere to safety protocols, including electrical safety standards and HVAC guidelines when applicable
Assist with assembly or installation of new appliances as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in appliance repair
Solid electrical experience and mechanical knowledge
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients
Experience with appliance assembly or installation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
