Trail Tire Commercial Edmonton Truck Centre is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative / Service Writer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the automotive, heavy-duty, or commercial tire industry who enjoys building customer relationships, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner.
Prepare accurate estimates and work orders for mechanical and tire services.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and technician inspections.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process.
Source and price parts from suppliers.
Prepare invoices and explain completed work to customers.
Schedule appointments and manage daily shop workflow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and retail customers.
Follow up on estimates and identify prospects to increase sales.
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
Assist with inventory and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Service Writer, or Service Advisor.
Experience in the automotive, heavy-duty, commercial truck, or tire industry is considered a strong asset.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computer-based shop management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Valid driver's license is preferred.
