Excellent Events Catering, a Calgary-based catering and hospitality company, is hiring Setup & Operations Crew to help prepare, operate, and dismantle hospitality venues for the CPKC Women's Open 2026 in Edmonton.

This is a temporary position running from August 10–25, 2026.

Responsibilities
Set up and dismantle hospitality tents and event spaces
Load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies
Move tables, chairs, bars, and event furniture
Assist with event logistics and operations
Maintain clean, secure, and organized work areas
Support the operations team throughout the tournament

Qualifications
Previous event setup, warehouse, labour,



or operations experience is an asset
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working long shifts
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
A valid driver's licence is an asset
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
