Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Provider to create a protected, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. This role involves supervising children, facilitating developmental activities, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood education and experience working with children of various needs, including those with disabilities. Duties
Supervise and monitor children in a safe and caring setting
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, socialization, and creativity
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naptime, and bathroom needs
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare space




Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities as necessary
Follow all licensing regulations and safety protocols to ensure compliance

Skills
Prior classroom experience working with young children preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and caregiving techniques
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Solid teaching skills to facilitate developmental activities
Compassionate caregiving attitude with patience and understanding
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse needs
Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in maintaining safety standards

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
