Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, or chat platforms
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints
Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience
Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills at all times




Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service processes

Experience
Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
Demonstrated ability in data entry, analysis skills, and using CRM or similar systems
Experience with upselling or cross-selling techniques is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude

Pay: $25.00 per hour
