Papa John’s BC Inc. is the Master Franchisee in BC with over 40 stores and we are growing. That’s where you come in. We need an Administrative Professional with a background in Bookkeeping to support senior management.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to make an impact working in our Kelowna or Port Coquitlam office.

The role includes:
Full cycle booking for one store
Communications to Franchise Body & Corporate Team
Liaise with external resources in Papa John’s International, vendors, & agencies
Data entry and file maintenance
Generate, maintain and manage reports designed to provide analytical support to decision-makers
Provide additional administrative support to the Team as required
Direct and support new and existing Franchisees with Company administrative requirements
Special projects as assigned

Relevant Skills, Education & Experience:




3 or more years experience in similar roles
Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written
Solid organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
Ability to take accountability for your work and achieve deadlines
Proficient in MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel
Franchise experience is an asset
