We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Prepper to join our busy, modern collision repair facility. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Prepare repaired panels for paint
Sand, feather-edge, prime, and block panels
Mask vehicles and parts for refinishing
Perform final cleaning prior to paint
Work closely with painters and body technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Previous experience as an auto body prepper
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and dependable attendance
Experience with waterborne paint systems is an asset
