Job Overview
Koch Ford Lincoln Sales (2003) Ltd. is current seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. This position offers an chance to work in a fast-paced setting where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Duties
Clean and wash vehicles inside and out, including windows, tires, and engine bays
Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery to remove dirt and stains
Apply protective coatings such as wax or polish to enhance vehicle appearance
Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings
Assist customers with vehicle care questions and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized




Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Skills
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to automotive detailing
Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Valuable communication skills to understand customer needs and relay information effectively
Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
Prior experience in automotive cleaning or detailing is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
