Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and treatments to meet client needs and preferences
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas to ensure a safe environment
Engage in upselling retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments




Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional recommendations
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews

Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling with a robust portfolio of work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
Robust communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client experience and salon sales
Prior experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
Passion for the beauty industry, creativity, and attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this role

Pay: $150.00 per week
