We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of construction and general labour tasks, including the use of hand tools, site cleanup, material handling, and supporting skilled tradespeople. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with consistent daytime hours.
Responsibilities
Assist with general construction and labour duties
Operate and use basic hand tools safely and effectively
Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work setting
Assist carpenters, installers, and other trades as required
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently
Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or general labour
Experience using hand tools (such as drills, saws, hammers, measuring tools, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude
