Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Farm Supervisor to lead daily operations on our agricultural site. In this role, you will oversee the cultivation, maintenance, and overall management of farm activities, ensuring that crops and livestock are cared for efficiently and sustainably. Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and crop management
Oversee the operation and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they function safely and efficiently
Manage irrigation systems to optimize water use and ensure proper hydration of crops
Conduct regular inspections of fields, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Lead a team of farm workers, providing training on proper use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all farm operations
Maintain accurate records of crop yields, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory levels




Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues using your mechanical knowledge to minimize downtime

Experience
Proven experience in farm management or supervision within an agricultural setting
Solid mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery and equipment operation
Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, horticulture practices, and crop cultivation techniques
Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and effectively
Familiarity with basic math for measurements, calculations related to planting schedules, or fertilizer application
Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing manual labor as required in farm environments
Excellent communication skills to lead teams and coordinate tasks efficiently

Pay: $17.92-$27.50 per hour
