Duties
Decorate cakes and baked goods with intricate designs, themes, and personalized touches using various techniques and tools
Prepare food items according to established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every product
Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, baking, assembling, and packaging baked goods
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
Manage food handling responsibilities efficiently during busy periods to meet demand without compromising quality
Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies,



cleaning workstations, and adhering to safety protocols

Experience
Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery environments is highly preferred
Restaurant or food industry experience that demonstrates familiarity with food preparation and customer service
Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures
Hands-on kitchen experience with proficiency in cooking, food packaging, and presentation skills
Robust communication skills combined with a positive attitude to engage customers effectively
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment within the food industry is a plus
