We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their product selections, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
Accurately process transactions using the POS system
Maintain inventory levels and restock products as needed
Ensure compliance with all regulations
Keep the dispensary clean and organized
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
Skills:
Solid organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy dispensary
Positive communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Cashiering experience to handle cash transactions accurately
Retail sales experience to provide exceptional customer service
Multilingual skills are a plus
