You will:
Prepare invoices for resort revenue streams.
Maintain and update Accounts Receivable files in a timely manner.
Prepare deposits for the bank.
Prepare regular and ad hoc, departmental reports.
Perform cash office duties as required.
Securely maintain customer credit card profiles.
Communicate procedures and answer receivables processing inquiries.
Support the Accounts Receivable Team Lead as required.
Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working workplace.
Perform other duties as assigned.
You:
Are numerically savvy, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Are reliable and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Have intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Have a minimum of 1 year previous experience with accounting, AP/AR processing.
Have previous experience using an accounting program (i.e. Sage ACCPAC), POS or sales software.
Compensation and Advantages:
Competitive salary: $49,000.00 - 51,000.00/year, dependent on experience
