Duties
Diagnose appliance issues accurately using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
Perform repairs on various appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and HVAC systems
Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex problems effectively
Assemble and install appliance components following manufacturer specifications
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction
Test repaired appliances to confirm proper operation before returning them to customers




Maintain detailed records of all service activities, parts used, and diagnostic findings

Requirements
Proven electrical experience with a solid understanding of electrical systems and wiring
Mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and HVAC systems is highly desirable
Hands-on experience with appliance repair across multiple brands and models
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and assembly instructions
Familiarity with HVAC systems or related certifications is a plus
Basic assembly skills for installing or replacing appliance parts as needed

Pay: $75,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
