The Billing Clerk is primarily responsible for ensuring that GCPC (Pomerleau Canam Construction Group) collects all amounts owed by each subcontractor on the project.

What you will do :
Receive timesheets from subcontractors;
Ensure that subcontractors' timesheets have been approved by the Construction Department;
Enter timesheet data into SAP;
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to data entry or the collection of timesheets;
Be able to prepare timesheets for CCQ employees hired by the company.

This role could be for you if you have :
AEC or DEC in Accounting;

3 to 5 years of accounting experience;
Knowledge of the CCQ collective agreement is considered an asset;
Robust proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer service experience;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;




Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively;
Commitment to providing high-quality customer service;

Solid adaptability and flexibility;
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under time constraints.
