Responsibilities and Duties:
Preparation of design drawings and construction documents for various types of residential and commercial projects
Possess a working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and can complete OBC analysis on projects
Proficient knowledge in the use of building materials and related construction techniques
Must be capable of working on multiple projects at on time.
Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Qualifications:
Successfully graduated with an Architectural Technologist Diploma or equivalent required
3 - 5 years experience as an architectural technologist or similar role
Experience and proficient knowledge of Autodesk Revit considered essential
Knowledge of AutoCAD,



and Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on residential construction experience an asset (and should be highlighted in your application)
A quick learner with exact attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently

Hours: Monday to Friday, based on a 40-hour work week.
