Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Labourer to join our agile construction team.

In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating residential homes, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on contributions will help bring construction visions to life.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your carpentry skills in a friendly environment while contributing to impactful projects.

Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up
Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and basic carpentry
Read and interpret blueprints
Support carpenters with tasks like bringing tools, getting lumber, and assisting in whichever way needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency




Be able to lift 50 Pounds

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction
Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites preferred
Knowledge of carpentry techniques is a plus
Solid physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills
Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards at all times
