Duties

Utilize custodial experience to clean floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas efficiently and effectively
Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
Operate heavy lifting equipment or assist with moving supplies and furniture as needed
Maintain a protected environment by following safety protocols and properly handling cleaning chemicals and tools
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding maintenance needs or safety concerns
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly
Qualifications
Prior experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is advantageous
