Duties:
Provide skilled hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients
Perform retail sales of hair care products and upsell services
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Sanitize tools and equipment after each use
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services
Assist with front desk duties as needed

Requirements:
Valid cosmetology license
Proven experience as a hair stylist or in a similar role
Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends
Strong retail sales skills and ability to upsell products and services




Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
