Responsibilities
- Build a variety of high‑quality products for marine, defense, renewable energy and medical applications.

- Background as a technician or technologist from college or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Experience working with hand, power and measuring tools.
- Ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Problem‑solving skills and a willingness to tackle diverse work.
- Self‑directed, organized and capable of prioritizing tasks.
- Detail oriented, focused and adaptable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
