This role sits at the center of cross-functional delivery, driving initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve Advisor productivity, and enable scalable, compliant client growth. You will own the product vision and roadmap for complex, multi-system capabilities, partnering across business, technology, and operations to deliver seamless, end-to-end client journeys aligned with strategic outcomes.Is this role right for you? In this role you will:Define and own the product vision and roadmap for onboarding and servicing capabilities, aligned to business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client needsTranslate strategic priorities into a clear, actionable roadmap with defined outcomes and measurable impactOwn and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring delivery teams are aligned to highest-value initiativesDrive end-to-end execution across squads, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependenciesLead resolution of complex delivery challenges across systems, partners,
and stakeholdersLead the design and optimization of onboarding and servicing journeys to eliminate friction and improve usabilityIdentify and address key pain points through data, feedback, and continuous iterationEnsure solutions deliver measurable improvements in client and Advisor experienceLeverage data, research, and industry insights to inform decision-making and prioritizationMonitor outcomes and continuously refine the roadmap based on performance, adoption, and business impactPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, scope, and delivery outcomesEnsure initiatives adhere to risk, compliance, and operational standardsCommunicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadershipFoster a high-performing, client-focused team cultureMentor junior team members and contribute to capability development across the organizationChallenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement in processes and ways of workingDo you have the skills that will enable you succeed in this role? – We'd love to work with you if you have:Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fieldAdvanced degree or certifications (e.G., Agile, PMP, CFA, CSM) are assets8+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably within wealth management, financial services, and/or fintechA proven track record delivering complex,
