Black Tusk Fire & Security Inc. is one of BC's most trusted fire safety and security providers, servicing both the Sea to Sky region and Lower Mainland.

We are looking for a full-time Fire Protection Technician to join our growing team in the Whistler/Pemberton area.

Duties
Assisting with the maintenance, inspection and repair of fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting systems, as well as miscellaneous service work, as required.
Complete work orders and reports in a timely fashion

Requirements
Prior experience with fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, backflow or special suppression is considered an asset
Willingness to work towards ASTTBC and BCWWA certifications
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace,



adapt to change and work independently as well as a member of a team
Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English
Must have Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Must live in the Sea to Sky corridor
