Responsibilities
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment through thorough cleaning routines
Assist with food preparation tasks, including dough making and ingredient handling, following safety and hygiene standards
Support the kitchen team by washing dishes promptly to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service times
Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor, ensuring excellent customer experiences
Follow food handling procedures meticulously to uphold health regulations and quality standards
Help with general kitchen organization, including stocking supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace




Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver efficient service and support the overall operation of the restaurant or café

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality settings, with knowledge of food service operations
Robust skills in cleaning, food handling, and maintaining sanitation standards in a busy workplace
Ability to assist with food preparation tasks such as dough making and basic cooking techniques
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude towards guests and team members
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety protocols in a professional setting
Experience working in hotels or similar hospitality environments is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
