Food and Beverage Server

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas according to food safety regulations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods




Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and specials
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; knowledge of the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
Experience with POS systems
Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $15.02-$15.03 per hour
