Position Responsibilities:
Read and execute assigned work orders correctly and in an effective and timely manner.
Provide support to all areas of the department when required.
Preform basic machine maintenance to all gun drilling equipment.
Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure accuracy and quality.
Setup, Program, and run CNC Gun Drill.
Setting of milling and drilling tools in the Gun Drill.
Inspection to ensure details are finished to data.
Work with limited supervision while staying on task to meet strict deadlines.
Consistently take ownership of quality and quantity of work produced.
Actively pursue and retrieve information, workpieces, and any other critical items to ensure increased productivity in the department.
Ability to multi-task, while paying attention to detail.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Demonstrate safe work habits.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of Gundrill experience required
Solid computer skills is considered an asset
Willingness and ability to learn selca controller
Lemoine experience will be considered an asset
Experience with FCS clamping system to be considered an asset.
