Full time Chair Rental

Perfect for an independent stylist ready to grow their own business in a supportive, professional salon environment. An existing clientele is preferred so you can maximize the benefits of this opportunity from day one.

Duties
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, treatments, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable styles and products
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Engage with clients through friendly communication and ensuring a positive salon experience




Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate your skills

Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of diverse looks and techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in salon hygiene
Solid communication skills to clearly understand client needs and explain styling options effectively
Existing clientele is preferred
Comfortable managing front desk duties including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes
