We are looking for a dependable and motivated Grain Cart Operator to join our harvest team for the 2026 season. This role is essential to keep combines moving efficiently and ensuring a smooth, productive harvest.
Responsibilities
Operate a tractor and grain cart during harvest.
Transport grain safely from combines to trucks/grain bagger.
Maintain communication with combine operators and truck drivers.
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Assist with general farm and harvest duties as needed.
Requirements
Previous tractor or grain cart experience
Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
Valid driver's licence.
Solid work ethic and willingness to work long hours during harvest, including evenings and weekends as weather permits.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
