Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or making selections based on their preferences.
Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing credit/debit payments.
Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette.
Manage inventory levels through stock checks and communicate supply needs to management.
Uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with legal age restrictions for alcohol sales.
Requirements
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customers.
Knowledge of POS systems, basic math skills for cash handling, and proficiency in merchandising techniques.
Ability to perform basic organizational tasks such as inventory management and time management.
