Rogers is looking for a Senior Manager for the Cyber Security team. This leader will manage a diverse group of Project Managers and ensure project performance aligns with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a high-performing project management team
Set annual performance targets and conduct reviews
Complete timely project status reports and maintain issue registers
Proactively review overall program performance
Provide regular visibility into project metrics and status
Requirements:
Experience in large-scale program management
Proven leadership in Agile project settings
History of managing Cyber Security programs
PMP Certification is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
