As a Senior Legal Counsel, you'll play a critical role in supporting Specsavers' expansion in the Canadian optical retail market. Your expertise in corporate and commercial law will guide strategic decisions and risk mitigation. You'll work collaboratively with diverse teams, providing practical legal advice that fosters business objectives and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide commercial legal advice for strategic business objectives
Identify and mitigate legal risks effectively
Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements

Develop and maintain legal documents and policies
Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) required
7+ years of corporate and commercial law experience
