I am looking for an accounts payable technician for a manufacturing company in the Saint-Eustache area.
Reporting to the Finance Department, your main responsibilities will be:
-Perform reconciliation between purchase orders, goods received, and invoices (3-way matching)
Enter and post supplier invoices
Post expenses related to credit cards and expense accounts
Scan and file supporting documents
Follow up on supplier requests by phone and email
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure operations run smoothly
Assist with various related administrative and accounting tasks Your profile
Qualifications
-DEP in accounting or relevant training
-2–3 years of experience in a similar role
-Experience in a manufacturing setting (a significant asset)
-Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
