Elevate the varsity esports experience at Conestoga College as a Part-Time Supervisor of Esports Operations. This role focuses on match support, hospitality, and athlete experience on-site in Waterloo.

Conestoga College is searching for a dedicated Part time Supervisor to enhance overall esports programming and support student-athletes. You will oversee logistics during matches, direct communications, and provide operational leadership in a competitive workplace.

This 24-hour weekly role includes evening and weekend hours to accommodate the varsity schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee logistics for varsity matches and ensure readiness
Direct communications of schedules to athletes and coaches
Lead frontline athlete support during practices and matches




Prepare gaming stations and assist with basic troubleshooting
Maintain varsity esports calendars and documentation

Requirements:
Two-year diploma in relevant esports or event management field
Minimum one-year experience in esports or athletics
Knowledge of PC gaming software and esports titles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to resolve conflicts in competitive settings
