Perform assessments and diagnoses based on standard practices
Consult with Nurse Practitioners on complex client issues
Document and participate in chart reviews and case conferences

Requirements:
Medical degree from a recognized university
General license from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
CFPC Certification or equivalent experience
Experience with diverse and complex populations
Proficient in MS Office and electronic medical records
