As a Billing Analyst, you will report to the Manager of Billing Operations and use your analytical skills to manage customer billing efficiently. Your responsibilities will include setting up accounts, calculating rates, and handling disputes while collaborating with tenants, property managers, and utility companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new properties for accurate billing
Set up customer accounts with correct rates




Calculate billing rates based on regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Identify areas for process improvements

Requirements:
University Degree or relevant Business Administration Certificate
Experience in Utility Billing and Data Analysis
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite including Excel
Knowledge of Harris North Star is an asset
Robust communication and planning skills
