This full time role requires a seasoned leader with over 10 years in manufacturing or 15 years in precision manufacturing leadership. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee production, scheduling, and operational strategy
• Manage capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

Requirements:
