Peel Region is seeking a Community Development Worker in Health Services – Chronic Disease and Injury Prevention to join the Harm Reduction team in Peel Region. The role focuses on outreach, education, and compassionate service delivery to diverse and underserved communities in Mississauga and surrounding areas.
The position is a full time contract (18 months) onsite, with a 35-hour workweek, hotline and van-based services, and a solid emphasis on equity and stigma-free engagement.
