Key Responsibilities:
• Provide G/GJ tube care and management
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor safekeeping
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Observe changes in child’s condition and report accordingly
• Support cognitive, emotional, and psychological needs

Requirements:
• Licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Prior experience with pediatric clients
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Vulnerable Sector Check completed within 6 months
• Skilled Liability Insurance required
