- Ensure maintenance programs and support services and that the Regional Hubs operate with 99.95% uptime and availability, reliability and consistency across the Purolator network
- Develop, manage, inspect and oversee Material Handling Equipment / Conveyor maintenance programs to ensure availability and reliability, work order completion and performance
- Coordinate/plan schedules for outside contractor repairs
- Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment so as to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment
- Monitor repairs completed by employees for quality standards and productivity requirements Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect operations
- Ensure Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS) standardization, formatting & content development
- Will be working in shift as assigned by Manager

Experience & Education
- Undergraduate degree or other equivalent qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or equivalent)
- 5 years experience in a supervisory role, supervising and managing skilled trades (i.e., welders, millwrights, electricians, mechanics)
- 5 years experience working with Conveyor systesm in a high-volume, 24x7, high-speed package sortation environment
- 5 years experience as a lead-hand or supervisor
Language Requirement
Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
