We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience within a corporate commercial department. A Cores Level 3 designation is required for this position. You will be responsible for high‑level transactions from start to finish independently.

Responsibilities
Draft and finalize correspondence and legal documentation
File Corporate and Personal Property documents
Manage multiple files that require interaction with a variety of people and types of information
Pay attention to detail and accuracy
Work effectively with multiple time deadlines
Express facts and ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Have a valuable knowledge of the principles, methods, and materials in corporate matters
Maintain up‑to‑date file management




Liaise with clients and handle inquiries and requests

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience within a corporate commercial department
Cores Level 3 designation
Excellent computer and typing skills; internet savvy and able to learn additional in‑house programs
High organization and the ability to juggle a busy workload and varying deadlines
Legal Assistant Diploma

The Ideal Candidate
Solid 5 years of experience and able to hit the ground running
CORES II or III designation
Highly proficient in computer and typing skills, internet savvy and able to pick up other in‑house programs
Highly organized, can juggle a busy workload and varying deadlines
Has obtained their Legal Assistant Diploma
