Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Technology Enablement practice as a OneStream Diamond Partner. This client-facing position focuses on platform delivery, quality assurance, and the career development of our team members.
What you'll do
Partner with internal teams to design and deploy OneStream solutions.
Convert business requirements into functional OneStream configurations.
Facilitate client workshops to establish implementation strategies.
Manage project milestones including functional design, configuration, testing, and reviews.
Support practice leadership in creating case studies, training materials, and project templates.
Assist in scoping OneStream modules to meet specific client objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
Minimum 1 year of experience with OneStream platform implementation or optimization.
Proven participation in at least one partial or full OneStream implementation.
Proficiency in VB.net or Visual Basic for business rule development.
Solid grasp of FP&A;, financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
Experience leading project delivery and translating technical designs into practice.
OneStream Certified Associate Administration or Implementation Foundation certification.
Mastery of Microsoft Office and data modeling techniques.
Nice to have
OneStream Certified Skilled designation.
